Shipping & Taxes

For stock products, most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Shipping and delivery times will vary depending on whether the product is in London or our workshops in South America. Please note that couriers collect from the villages once or twice a week.

For made-to-order products, the delivery times provided are approximate, and we do our best to meet the proposed timelines. Please keep in mind that delivery includes both the weaving time and courier pick-up, which may be delayed as couriers do not collect from rural villages daily. If you require specific timing details, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. Otherwise, we will reach out to coordinate arrangements and ensure that both your order and our timeline meet your expectations.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours for your DHL tracking code to activate after receiving the shipping confirmation.

After the package leaves our workshops in Argentina, Peru, or Colombia, DHL assumes responsibility for your package and its delivery. If you do not receive your order, we require you to contact us within 3 days of its declared arrival date (according to the tracking information). Please note that some items are unique, and in such cases, we will discuss the next steps with you directly.

We regret that we cannot provide replacements or refunds for customers who contact us outside the stated time frames.

 Import taxes

Some international orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide advice or estimates regarding customs and tax regulations for individual countries, as these policies vary widely.

We ship all orders directly from our workshops. Each piece is thoroughly inspected during production and again before shipment. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to your satisfaction.
