Shipping & Taxes

For ready-to-wear products, most of our orders are shipped out within 3 business days. Depending on whether the product is in London or our workshops in South America, the estimated shipping and arrival time will vary.

As San Isidro is 2 hours by foot from the closest town, Iruya, and José Ignacio is 40 minutes away from the closest town, couriers collect from the villages once or twice a week.

When it comes to made-to-order products, the time to deliver that we set is approximate and we do our best to manage it in the time that we propose. You must consider it will take the weaving time and also the courier pick up. Since we produce your clothes and home stuff in rural areas, couriers do not collect from the villages every day. We will be happy to offer information on specific timing, please contact us before ordering. If not, we will contact you personally upon orders to make arrangements and make sure both your order and our timing are satisfactory.

Once your garment is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24 hours for your DHL tracking code to activate after receiving shipping confirmation.

Once the package has left our workshops, both in Argentina and Uruguay, DHL will be responsible for your package and delivery. If for any reason you should not receive your order, we require that you contact us within  3 days of its declared arrival date (according to tracking information). Please note some items are unique, so in those cases, we may discuss the next step with the client.

We cannot provide any order replacements or refunds for customers who reach out beyond the stated time frames.

Import taxes

Some international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees upon the shipment's arrival. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We are unable to advise or estimate specific customs and tax regulations for each country, as customs policies vary from one to another.

We ship everything directly from our workshops. We try to thoroughly inspect all of our pieces as we finish them as well as before shipment. We really care about craftsmanship and your satisfaction.

If you happen to find upon arrival that the garment you have received is damaged, please contact us within the next 3 days so we can respond appropriately. Please read the information about exchanges and returns we provide in detail on this website.
