All our products are thoroughly checked before being packed and shipped so having any issue is improbable. However, if you find any damage upon receipt you could be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of your order's arrival to notify us so we can find the best solution for your case.
Exchanges and refunds
ALLWINA has a strict refund policy as all our pieces and materials are handmade, making each piece literally unique. Also, due to all the screens and cameras our items go through, there may be differences from the original garment you see in our photos and videos. We advocate this understanding because it implies the appreciation of what our items mean. However, our first priority are our customers and to offer a satisfactory and ethical shopping experience, and we understand sometimes there are several reasons why a client would like to return/exchange an item. So if you feel your case is worth an exchange/return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after the arrival of your order to notify us of your problem so we can discuss and solve your case personally.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted without first request via email. Exchanges: We always suggest the fastest and easiest way to exchange an item is to return the old item and purchase the new item while waiting for your refund.
